Several small UK-TV stations were hit with email attacks[i]
In a suburb of London, a television station that reaches into Europe, Africa and Asia, was seized by hackers. The Ilford based station, started in 2004 by Tunisian-born activist Mohamed Ali Harrath, was under attack by the GRU officers attacked The Islam Channel in UK[ii] They seized complete control over their networks. It took five months to take the network back. They learned of the network compromise by government officials out of “Home Office”.
