Unindicted Co-conspirator 4 (“UIC-4”), whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, was a United States citizen residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the Director of Agitation and Propaganda of the APSP. UIC-4 ran for local political office in St. Petersburg in 2017 and 2019.
