Sergei Aleksandrovich Kondrashev, deputy of Agayants[i] Kondrashev became Agayant’s deputy in March 1962.[ii] When Kondrashev joined Directorate D in 1962 it had 40 officers. By 1967 the staff had over 100 officers.
