Dmitry Nikolayevich Demushkin (born February 7, 1979) is a Russian ultranationalist activist best known as the founder and leader of the Slavic Union (Slavyansky Soyuz), whose Russian initials, SS, were widely noted. A Moscow court banned the Slavic Union as extremist, after which, according to Russian investigators, Demushkin continued its activity under the name Slavic Power (Slavyanskaya Sila). He was later found guilty of organizing the activity of a banned organization, fined 200,000 rubles, and released from punishment because the statute of limitations had expired.

Demushkin was a regular organizer of the annual Russian March and later led the nationalist association Russkie, which was itself banned in 2015. In December 2015 a new case was opened against him under Article 282 of the Criminal Code over a social media post of a Russian March banner and images. On April 25, 2017 a Moscow court sentenced him to two and a half years in a general regime penal colony, and the Moscow City Court upheld the sentence in July 2017. He served his term in Pokrov, Vladimir region, and was released early on February 20, 2019.
