Russia and 2016 Election Investigations Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and other party leaders spoke to reporters following a House Republican Conference meeting. Speaker Ryan said lawmakers “will follow the facts wherever they lead” following reports that President Trump pressured former FBI Director James Comey to drop the agency probe into former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn. He also said he still has confidence in the president.
