EDIT: Senators call for Obama to declassify Russian meddling in 2016 election investigation

Senators sent a letter to Obama to declassify information on the Russians meddling in the US election. Per CNN, we find out the purpose was to sway voters to choose Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.
