House Intelligence Chair News Conference House Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Nunes (R-CA) announced to reporters that former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort has volunteered to testify before the committee on his ties to Russia and that a previously scheduled public hearing on Russia and the 2016 elections with former Obama officials has been postponed.
