James Comey scheduled to testify June 8 at Senate Intel Committee

On Thursday, news broke that the Senate Intel Committee set the date for Comey to testify on June 8th at 10 A.M. Since Comey’s firing last month by Trump, the Senate Intelligence Committee wanted Comey to testify over memos and communication with Trump. A source also told CNN that in preparation for his testimony next week, Comey addressed his concerns with special counsel Robert Mueller to smooth out any legalities that could become an issue in a public setting testimony.
