Sally Yates fired

Days after Trump released his Muslim-majority immigration executive order,  acting Attorney General Sally Yates told the Department of Justice not to defend the travel ban on the basis of legality issues. Within hours Trump fired Yates. In a statement from the White House, the cause of her release was not protecting the President’s executive order.
